Territory Account Executive – Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion

We are seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive growth across an assigned market by developing relationships with healthcare providers, specialists, physician practices, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other key referral partners.


What You’ll Do

Build and Grow Your Territory

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on high-potential accounts and referral opportunities
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new healthcare accounts within targeted disease states
  • Build relationships with physicians, specialists, prescribers, clinics, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, home infusion providers, and ancillary healthcare teams
  • Grow existing accounts while continuously identifying opportunities for new business
  • Work toward territory revenue, sales, and profitability goals


Become a Trusted Partner to Healthcare Providers

  • Educate healthcare providers and referral partners on priority therapies and available services
  • Provide educational in-services and resources to accounts
  • Understand the needs of referral sources and identify opportunities to improve service and support
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare accounts, pharmacy teams, infusion locations, and internal partners
  • Help facilitate a smooth and timely patient admission and referral process in partnership with intake and operations teams


Own the Market

  • Stay informed about competitors, market activity, referral trends, and changing customer needs
  • Use sales data, education, and marketing resources to strengthen your approach in the marketplace
  • Participate in professional organizations, conferences, trade shows, seminars, and industry events
  • Develop a strong professional presence throughout the assigned territory
  • Communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and growth opportunities to leadership


Collaborate for Growth

  • Partner closely with pharmacy operations, intake, sales leadership, and other internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, account information, expenses, and required reporting
  • Share customer and patient feedback to help improve service and strengthen referral relationships
  • Approach opportunities strategically, proactively, and with a strong focus on customer experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline is a plus
  • 1–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience
  • Specialty pharmacy, home infusion, infusion services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to prospect, develop accounts, and manage a sales territory
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
  • Strategic, proactive, resourceful, and motivated by achieving goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM and other business systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events
