Robert Half Management Resources has an exciting consulting opportunity at one of our top clients in the Lower Fairfield, CT area for a Billing Operations Manager!
-Managing high volume billing operations and a production schedule
-Oversee end-to-end billing operations, ensuring invoices are accurate and delivered on time
-Managing team members and production operations in accordance with KPI’s and SLA’s
-Stakeholder collaboration- Customer Service & AR
-Previous experience with billing transformation preferred
-NetSuite expertise is a must-have!
-6-month assignment
-Fully on-site, 40 hours per week
