Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support
  • Bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Journal entry preparation and posting
  • Month-end and year-end close activities
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Payroll processing and support
  • Budgeting and forecasting assistance
  • Audit preparation and support
  • Cash applications and collections activities
  • ERP implementations, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives
  • Special accounting projects and operational support


Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related experience
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with client teams
