Business Development Manager

We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing restoration services organization serving communities throughout New Jersey. This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who enjoys building relationships, attending events, and serving as the face of a fast-growing company.

Earn $85,000+ in realistic total compensation in Year 1, with $100,000–$150,000+ in Year 2. With a $45,000 base salary and uncapped commission from day one, your earning potential has no ceiling.

The role also includes a company vehicle, company phone, and an assigned territory designed to keep travel close to home.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with contractors, business owners, and referral partners to build new relationships
• Build strong relationships and become the go-to contact for your referral partners
• Attend events, network, and represent the brand
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Manage your assigned territory and grow your pipeline
• Spend the majority of your time in the field, with minimal office time
