Business Operations Coordinator – Mandarin/English
Pay: $26.50 - $32.00 per hour

Role Description: As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will support the U.S. Sales and Service teams by coordinating projects, analyzing sales and operational data, managing CRM information, improving processes, and collaborating with China-based teams. You will serve as a key connection between the U.S. and China teams, helping communicate requests, coordinate initiatives, identify operational issues, and ensure projects and improvements are followed through to completion.
Job Duties
- Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, including leads, conversions, revenue, and sales activity.
- Maintain and monitor CRM data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Create and update sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Identify sales and operational issues and investigate root causes.
- Work with the Sales and Operations teams to understand challenges and improve processes.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives between U.S. and China teams, including tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables.
- Communicate U.S. team requests, feedback, and operational issues to China-based teams.
- Follow up with China teams on CRM updates, system changes, product experiments, and operational requests.
- Track project progress, update stakeholders, and help ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify trends and opportunities that can improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Support Sales and Operations leadership with data, reporting, project coordination, and recommendations.
- Own operational issues and projects from identification through resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
