Full job description
ABOUT US
Hextrion is a U.S.-headquartered advanced semiconductor packaging company. We build next-generation advanced packaging for AI data centers, and optimize the design and manufacturing loop using physics AI. Today, the performance of AI systems depends on how many dies a package can connect, and how fast. That work has moved from the wafer to the package. Hextrion exists to solve it.
We are led by 20 former C-suite and senior executives from the current global advanced packaging leaders serving NVIDIA, AMD, Broadcom, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. This team is complemented by physics AI researchers from Harvard, alongside industry leaders who have deployed production AI systems at TSMC and Apple component manufacturers. We combine our deep packaging expertise with physics AI agents and reinforcement learning methods to design and manufacture our advanced packaging architectures with greater performance, precision, and yield than current methods can deliver.
