Civil Litigation Associate

Blackford Talent is engaged on a Civil Litigation Associate search with a boutique civil litigation firm, where you'll have the exposure to a broad variety of matters. My client has seen consistent growth, with very low turnover. Culture & work-life balance matter to the people here, along with mentorship for Associates and a path to Partnership.

The Role:

We need a Litigation Associate to carry civil litigation matters: construction law, civil litigation, business formation/litigation, employment defense, estate planning, & some transactional work. You'll have the opportunity to own cases & have real client contact. Hybrid model in Sacramento, after onboarding period.

Who we're looking for:

• Active CA Bar Admission, in good standing
• 2+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience
• Solid writing/research skills
• Construction law and/or Trial experience is preferred, but not required
