Client Services Representative

Full job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Analyst to join our centralized Client Service Team. This role provides critical operational and administrative support to Advisor teams and clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Data Management: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, maintain accurate client information, and support contracting and documentation requirements.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule client meetings to support effective communication between Advisors and clients.
- Investment Account Processing: Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications from initiation through funding.
- Tax Season Support: Organize tax-related information, obtain and track client consents, support tax return finalization, coordinate estimated payments, and facilitate e-filing.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to complete investment and operational requests, including account-related matters, Special Investments, and Private Equity activities.
- Quality Control & Reporting: Assist with monitoring, tracking, and reporting Quality Control metrics to support operational excellence and consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in a professional corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in financial services or wealth management is preferred but not required.
*** Pay range- $20.00-$25.00/hour
