Clinic Manager – Healthcare Operations | Southeast LA/South Bay Area
A growing, mission-driven healthcare organization serving communities throughout Los Angeles County.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare operations professional who enjoys leading teams, improving clinic performance, and driving both patient care and financial results.
💰 Salary: $80,000–$110,000
📅 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🚗 Travel between clinic locations required
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of clinic locations
• Lead and develop clinic staff, including recruitment, training, credentialing, and performance management
• Drive productivity, revenue, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Ensure patients have timely access to high-quality care
• Oversee quality improvement, utilization management, and regulatory compliance
• Manage clinic licensing, certifications, audits, and payor requirements
• Identify and resolve operational, financial, and productivity challenges
• Support and expand services such as Medical, Mental Health, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Dental, Optometry, and Nutrition
• Oversee facility management and clinic infrastructure
• Review business, financial, productivity, quality, and utilization reports
• Develop collaborative partnerships and support strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of healthcare or clinic operations experience
✔️ Experience with clinic business/financial management and operations
✔️ Knowledge of healthcare payor programs, including Medi-Cal and Medicare
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
✔️ Medical Assistant Diploma or higher
✔️ Strong Microsoft Office skills
✔️ Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
✔️ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
