Clinical Pharmacist – Specialty & Home Infusion

This is an opportunity to join a patient-focused specialty and home infusion team where you’ll help ensure therapies are prepared safely, accurately, and in compliance with the highest standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate, compliant medication dispensing
  • Counsel new patients and monitor ongoing therapies through chart and patient-profile reviews
  • Collaborate with prescribers to resolve prescription questions, coordinate refills, and support continuity of care
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding
  • Support inventory management, lot tracking, product recalls, and medication ordering
  • Adjudicate insurance claims, run test claims, and coordinate with billing teams
  • Maintain medication, supply, and workflow information within pharmacy systems
  • Participate in accreditation, compliance, quality-improvement, and inspection-readiness activities
  • Provide scheduled on-call coverage and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge when needed


What You Bring

  • PharmD or BSPharm from an ACPE-accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice
  • Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain pharmacist licenses in additional states as needed
  • Experience in home infusion, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
