WHO we’re looking for:


We are looking for a Clinical Project Coordinator II, who will be responsible for supporting clinical studies by maintaining the efficiency and organization of laboratory operations. You will maintain the laboratory inventory, prepare devices, and handle office administrative tasks for the Clinical Verification and Validation Team. This role will require you to keep detailed records, enter data, audit devices, pair and install software applications on devices, among other tasks. You will need to be extremely organized, detail oriented, and tech savvy to be successful in this role. Training on device setup will be provided.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics, tracking, receipt, dispensing, and reconciliation of investigational products and device supplies required for clinical trials.
  • Support clinical study team in study materials, office supplies, tracking and management.
  • Document coordination - creates and manages the clinical study files and oversees the organization and distribution of clinical study documents.
  • Assist in clinical study startup activities such as preparation and dispatch of site binders and tools.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing logistics for events and key team meetings.
  • Assists with preparation for periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assists with study equipment and device set up (pairing devices, app installation, etc.)
  • Apply and maintain clear identification labels on all devices for inventory tracking.
  • Maintains detailed logs of lab inventories - Keeps detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Comply with device audits.
  • Maintain the physiological data collection lab, keeping an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
  • Perform regular organizing of lab facilities and equipment storage areas.
  • Submits purchase requests and logs purchasing in a budget Excel sheet.
  • Light clerical activities like printing, stapling, filing.
  • Position requires regular physical activity including standing, bending, and lifting of equipment and supply boxes.
  • Maintain good clinical practice, following applicable health and safety principles and practices.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 3-5 years of work experience with 1+ years of prior office experience.
  • HS diploma or GED required - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience supporting clinical studies with hands-on involvement is preferred.
