🚨 HIRING: Commercial Construction Superintendent – Los Angeles & Orange County, CA

📍 Location: Los Angeles & Orange County, CA

💼 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site/Field

💰 Salary: $100,000–$165,000/year DOE

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial tenant improvement and interior construction projects.

🔨 What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination

Manage schedules, sequencing, manpower, deliveries, and site access

Ensure jobsite safety, quality, organization, and CAL-OSHA compliance

Read and interpret plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and building management

Conduct inspections, maintain daily reports, and track field changes

Lead punch list, turnover, and project completion activities

Mentor and support Assistant Superintendents and field personnel

✅ What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Superintendent or equivalent field leadership experience

Strong commercial construction experience required

Commercial tenant improvement/interiors experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering plans and specifications

Working knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish trades

Knowledge of building codes, CAL-OSHA, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and construction documentation

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Adobe required

Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred

OSHA-30, First Aid & CPR preferred

High school diploma/equivalent required; degree or construction certification preferred
