Commercial Litigation Associate

Are you an experienced litigation attorney looking for your next big career move? We are partnering with a premier New York City law firm to find a driven Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join their dynamic team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a hands-on role handling high-stakes matters, with a strong preference for candidates who have background in real estate-related disputes and construction law.

What You'll Do

• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions of key witnesses and experts.
• Manage end-to-end discovery, including document production and review using advanced e-discovery platforms.
• Prepare witnesses for hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Participate directly in trials and evidentiary hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and drive strategic client resolutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on, complex commercial litigation experience, preferably in New York City.
• Familiarity with real estate litigation and construction law is a major plus.
• Working knowledge of New York civil procedure.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• The right candidate will already be living in New York City
