About the Position:

Our client, a boutique law firm, actively needs an attorney to join its growing commercial litigation practice. The firm represents clients in sophisticated business disputes across various industries, including complex policyholder-side insurance coverage litigation.

Responsibilities:

· Represent clients ranging from major corporations to regional businesses across diverse industries, with an emphasis on insurance coverage disputes

· Take depositions, arbitrate claims, and lead trial work

Required Qualifications:

· 4-9 years of experience with complex litigation matters

· Strong background in commercial litigation and in interest in insurance litigation matters

Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range is $140,000 - $160,000, plus strong bonus and benefits.
