Commercial Litigation Attorney

A highly respected law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its sophisticated litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished litigator looking to handle complex, high-value business disputes.

Looking for someone with substantial experience handling commercial and business litigation matters and comfortable taking ownership of significant aspects of a case from inception through resolution.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial/business litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials; graduates of highly regarded/top-tier law schools strongly preferred
• Active California bar license
• Meaningful experience with complex litigation and substantive motion practice
• Strong deposition, discovery, and case-management experience

Salary and Other Compensation:
