I’m currently working with a well-established, full-service law firm that is looking to add a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to its growing team in Garden City.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney with hands-on transactional experience who wants exposure to a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters while working alongside an experienced team.

Full-Service Legal Environment: Join an established full-service law firm offering exposure to a broad range of legal matters and sophisticated clients.

Commercial Real Estate Focus: Work alongside experienced attorneys on complex transactions spanning acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development deals.

Hands-On Experience: Take meaningful responsibility across the transaction lifecycle, from initial due diligence through negotiation and closing.

Collaborative Team: Work closely with attorneys and paralegals in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality legal services.

💼 Role

Broad Transactional Exposure: Represent clients across acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and real estate development matters.

Deal Document Drafting: Draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements and development agreements.

Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title, survey and environmental review.

Commercial Lending: Gain additional exposure to financing and commercial lending matters.

Career Development: Develop your transactional skill set while working alongside experienced real estate attorneys on a diverse deal pipeline.

• Commercial lending / real estate finance.
• Title, survey, and environmental due diligence.
• Additional experience with development, joint venture, or leasing transactions.
