What You’ll Do

• Represent retail, office, and investment sales clients across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and beyond
• Source, manage, and close exclusive listings across asset classes
• Collaborate with a team of veteran brokers and brand-aligned professionals
• Access proprietary deal flow, institutional relationships, and top-tier branding assets
• Contribute to a growing firm that prioritizes agent freedom and long-term wealth creation

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker
• Minimum 2–3 years of transactional experience in NYC real estate
• Active book of business and proven ability to source or close deals
• Polished, professional, and entrepreneurial
• Seeking more value for your production — not more handholding
