Financial Compensation Manager
Stamford, CT area
5 days onsite
170-215k plus bonus
I’m working on an exciting, newly created opportunity with a highly regarded financial firm in lower Connecticut.
This specialized individual-contributor role will support portfolio manager compensation while focusing on monthly and annual trader-compensation calculations, interpreting agreements, financial reporting, planning and forecasting while partnering closely with legal and finance teams.
The ideal candidate will bring:
4+ years of relevant finance/accounting/compensation experience within a hedge fund/asset management/alternative investment firm including direct experience with trader compensation, financial reporting and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, strong analytical and modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex compensation agreements are essential.
This is a terrific opportunity to join a collaborative team in a brand-new role created due to continued growth and increasing complexity. The position is 5 days onsite in lower Connecticut.
