We have partnered exclusively with one of the Bay Area's most respected commercial builders to find a Project Manager for their San Carlos operation. This is a contractor with a track record that speaks for itself — repeat clients, complex projects delivered on time, and a team that takes genuine pride in the quality of what they build.
The opportunity:
This is a full Project Manager seat — not a stepping stone, not a transition role. You will own the commercial and operational delivery of projects across the Peninsula from day one, working within a leadership structure that gives experienced PMs the authority and the resources to do their best work.
Your day-to-day will cover the full lifecycle: preconstruction input, schedule ownership, subcontractor management, financial control, and maintaining the kind of owner relationships that generate repeat business. The projects are substantial. The expectations are high. The compensation reflects both.
Who they are looking for:
• 5+ years as a lead Project Manager on K-12/Healthcare/Commercial ground-up construction
• A demonstrable record of delivering projects from $20M and above — on time, on budget
• Strong contractual and commercial understanding — change orders, claims, job cost analysis
• The ability to manage owners, architects, and subcontractors with equal confidence
• Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred

• $160,000–$200,000 base salary + competitive benefits
