Renewyx have partnered with a leading healthcare construction general contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area to bring on a Healthcare Project Manager, and this one comes with real scope and real money behind it.

California's hospitals are racing against 2030 seismic compliance deadlines. This firm is running some of the region's most complex acute care renovation work to help them get there, and they need someone who can own it end to end.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

You'll run active renovation projects inside occupied hospital campuses, real buildings, real patients, real stakes. Budget, schedule, subcontractors, client relationships, all on you. You'll work hand in hand with HCAI through design, permitting, and inspection, keeping projects compliant and moving. This is the kind of work that gets noticed.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Direct experience managing hospital renovation or healthcare construction projects

• Direct, hands-on experience with HCAI (formerly OSHPD) plan review, permitting, and inspections • A track record running budget, schedule, and subcontractors on complex commercial builds

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• Ground-up hospital or medical office building experience

• Infection control (ICRA) experience in occupied healthcare settings

• PMP or CCM certification

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿

• $150,000 to $210,000 per year, one of the stronger healthcare PM bands in the Bay Area
