Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst to join a highly collaborative technology organization and help drive large-scale process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, improving complex processes, using data to drive decisions, and helping teams adopt smarter ways of working.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead continuous improvement and process reengineering initiatives across technology and operations teams

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis, and Kaizen

• Analyze current-state processes and design improved future-state workflows

• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability

• Help integrate AI tools and capabilities into business processes and workflows

• Define, track, and improve KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics

• Use tools such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights

• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams

• Support change management, process adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Help teams transition toward a more product-centric and Agile way of working

What We’re Looking For:

✓ 5+ years of process improvement, operational excellence, or quality experience

✓ Lean Six Sigma certification

✓ Strong experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies

✓ Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and Sprint-based environments

✓ Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills

✓ Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and performance measurement

✓ Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI-enabled process improvement

✓ Experience collaborating across technical, product, operations, and business teams

✓ Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

✓ Ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have:

• ITIL or CMMI experience

• Project Management experience (PMI/PRINCE2)

• ADKAR or other organizational change management experience

• Power BI/Tableau experience

• Experience with AI tools, predictive analytics, or process mining
