Contracts Administrator/Paralegal


Join a growing legal team and gain hands-on experience across contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.


We are looking for an organized and motivated Corporate Paralegal to work closely with attorneys and business teams on a variety of legal and business matters. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their corporate legal experience and take on increasing responsibility.


What You’ll Do

  • Draft and review NDAs and standard commercial contracts using established templates and playbooks
  • Help manage contracts from intake through signature and renewal
  • Track important contract dates, renewals, and obligations
  • Help build and improve contract management processes and workflows
  • Support corporate governance, including board materials, resolutions, minutes, and corporate records
  • Assist with entity management and annual filings
  • Support regulatory compliance and maintain related records
  • Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys
  • Coordinate electronic signatures and document execution
  • Assist with due diligence and other special projects
  • Work with attorneys and cross-functional teams on a variety of legal matters


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally with corporate or transactional exposure
  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in contracts, legal operations, and corporate law
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic signature platforms
