Contract Specialist

The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Title: Contracts Specialist

Location: Basking Ridge NJ 1x a week, Remote 4x a week

Duration: 3 months + extensions

Rate: 55-57.50HR

Must Haves:

• 3–10 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement operations, or a related field.
• Experience working within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) or procurement system.
• Strong understanding of contract workflows, approval processes, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when processes deviate from standard workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Plusses:

• Experience with Coupa strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting IT contracts, procurement, or vendor management activities.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management best practices and procurement operations.
• Experience working in large corporate or regulated environments.
