An established agricultural company in the Fresno area is seeking a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a growing organization. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with executive leadership, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in-office).

What You'll Do:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee general ledger, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic initiatives
• Develop and mentor accounting staff

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Progressive accounting and leadership experience
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting software (ERP systems)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Agriculture industry experience is a plus
