Controller

Our client is a growing aerospace & defense manufacturer seeking a hands-on Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. The Controller will play a critical role in strengthening financial processes, improving operational visibility, and building a scalable finance function to support continued growth.

Highlights below:

• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, accounting controls, inventory and cost accounting, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Cross functionally partner with leadership on inventory, job costing, and key cost drivers.
• Drive process improvements, ERP enhancements, and stronger financial visibility across the organization.
• The successful candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting experience and a hands-on, adaptable leadership style. Strong Excel and ERP skills are a must, CPA/CMA preferred.
