Corporate Controller

An exciting electric vehicle company is launching and needs a corporate controller. This position is responsible to complete the set-up of the department and all the controls and processes. You have a "seat at the table" as key decisions are made and implemented.

There are three requirements:

1. Ability to go "all-in" on the job. The is much to do and at this point there are few people in the department.
2. Manufacturing industry experience, Auto industry expertise is highly desired.
3. CPA with public company (SEC reporting) experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage with accounting team and actively lead the close.
• Responsible for financial reporting and internal controls.
• Recruit, hire and build a team as revenue increases.

Qualifications

• CPA with 7+ years of accounting experience
• Confidence and independence in management, general accounting, and public company financial reporting (the CFO is NOT a CPA)
• Track record of mastering and using technology to improve efficiency and quality in accounting and financial reporting.
