Longstanding Client with Multiple Happy Placements: HIRING CORPORATE PARALEGAL *NO billables

Can work in Newport Beach/Irvine, or Del Mar (San Diego) office

A well-established, full-service law firm with more than 40 years of experience is seeking a Corporate Transactional Paralegal to join its Irvine or Del Mar office.

We've placed multiple happy paralegals, attorneys, partners with the group (some there 8+ years!)

• Location: Irvine or Del Mar, California
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Work arrangement: 100% onsite
• Salary: $90,000-$110,000 (DOE), with the higher end of the range reserved for candidates with prior M&A experience

Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities

The Corporate Transactional Paralegal will handle a combination of billable and non-billable corporate matters, including:

• Corporate maintenance and governance matters
• Business entity formations and dissolutions
• Preparation and organization of closing documents
• Transactional due diligence and closing support
• Mergers and acquisitions support
• Maintenance of corporate records and entity documentation

Requirements

1. 3+ years of corporate transactional paralegal experience
2. Prior experience working as a paralegal within a law firm
3. Experience with corporate maintenance, entity formation, dissolutions, and transactional closings
4. Current residence within a reasonable daily commuting distance of either the Irvine or Del Mar office
