Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a Digital Project Manager (Web & Marketing Transformation) for a 5-month contract opportunity. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week position. The Digital Project Manager will lead a high-profile website and marketing transformation initiative focused on consolidating multiple brands, websites, and content experiences into a unified digital ecosystem. Working closely with marketing leadership, content teams, digital stakeholders, product leaders, and external partners, this individual will drive project execution, content migration efforts, stakeholder alignment, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale website and content transformation initiative, partnering with business and marketing leaders to define priorities, roadmaps, and deliverables
- Drive content audits, consolidation, migration, and governance efforts across multiple brands and business units
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Facilitate project planning, stakeholder reviews, sprint activities, testing, launch readiness, and key decision-making processes
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across a complex enterprise environment
- Collaborate with implementation partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver project milestones and business objectives
- Provide strategic input on content strategy, information architecture, navigation, and customer experience
- Support additional marketing and digital initiatives while monitoring outcomes and driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years of digital project management, content strategy, website transformation, or related experience
- B2B, professional services, or related industry experience preferred
- Experience leading website transformations, content migrations, or content consolidation initiatives
- Strong background in marketing strategy and integrated marketing communications
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence teams and drive results without direct authority
- Understanding of content strategy, governance, information architecture, and user experience
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content ecosystems
- Strong project management, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new businesses, build credibility, and maintain project momentum
