Digital Content Manager (Healthcare/Tradeshow)

Robert Half's client, a pharma agency, is seeing a Digital Content Manager to oversee the creation, organization, and deployment of digital content for pharmaceutical and healthcare events. This role will manage content across event websites, attendee portals, emails, social media, presentations, touchscreen experiences, videos, and other digital assets while ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the latest clinical and product information.

Key Requirements:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience required; agency experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing digital content across conferences, trade shows, and event platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical trial data, product pipelines, and healthcare content
• Experience with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes
• Expertise in content governance, version control, and compliance workflows
• Ability to coordinate agencies, developers, production teams, and other vendors
• Veeva experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Monday.com experience preferred
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update clinical trial, pipeline, and product content across multiple therapeutic areas
• Manage content deployment across event websites, portals, presentations, interactive displays, and digital experiences
• Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Track revisions, approvals, and content versioning
• Perform QA testing and ensure accurate implementation of approved content
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute event content updates

The hourly range for this position is W2 $36--$50/hr with a converting salary up to 95-105K should the position convert to staff.
