Director – Alliances & Partnerships (North America)

About the role

TRUGlobal is a global IT managed services company serving North American enterprise clients across semiconductor, retail and other industry verticals. As we scale our AI-led infrastructure services and AIOps platform strategy, we’re hiring a Director of Alliances to build and own our partner’s ecosystem in North America.

You’ll be the architect of our alliance strategy — identifying, signing and growing partnerships with OEMs, ISVs, hyperscale's and platform vendors that amplify our managed services and agentic delivery offerings.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage strategic alliances with OEM and technology partners (AIOps platforms, observability, ITSM, cloud hyperscale's, data/AI platforms)

• Structure partnership models: reseller, OEM/white-label, co-sell, MSP program enrollment and joint GTM motions

• Drive sourced and influenced revenue through partner-led pipeline in North America

• Own partner program compliance, certifications and tier progression with hyperscale's and ISVs

• Work with delivery and practice leadership to align partner capabilities with client solutions

• Represent TRUGlobal at partner events, QBRs and executive briefings

What we’re looking for

• 12+ years in IT services/technology, with 5+ years in alliances, channel or partner management

• Proven track record building OEM or ISV partnerships that generated measurable revenue

• Existing relationships with hyperscale partner orgs (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or enterprise software vendors

• Understanding of managed services economics and how partnerships change delivery models

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environment in overlapping US time zone.
