RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Provide strong leadership to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting
  • standards and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor robust internal control frameworks to safeguard financial integrity, ensuring compliance
  • with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Recommend and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in
  • accounting operations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and actively support the annual audit process.
  • Work actively and collaboratively with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely audit process.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Public accounting and/or CPA preferred.
  • Experience with mid to large ERP such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in creating and managing project plans.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Diplomatic approach to conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
