$125,000–$150,000 base + 15–25% bonus target + Long-Term Equity Incentive

Build the entire in-house finance function for a 3-state pest control platform — replacing a fractional CFO, leading an ERP migration, and sitting on the leadership team from day one.

The Opportunity

This is a build seat, not a maintain seat. We're bringing accounting in-house and need a Finance Director to own financial operations end-to-end across three markets — establishing multi-location controls, building unit economics by service line, and leading our system migration from PestPac to Fieldwork (integrated with QuickBooks and HubSpot).

What You'll Own

• Financial leadership: Hold the Finance seat on the executive team; own the Scorecard, annual budgets, and quarterly reforecasts
• Accounting & close: Monthly close, multi-location P&Ls, chart of accounts, revenue recognition, unit economics
• Cash & treasury: 13-week rolling cash forecasts, debt schedules, bank relations, capital allocation for fleet and expansion
• Controls & systems: AP/AR controls, card policies in Ramp, payroll/benefits partnership with HR, insurance/tax audits, and serve as finance lead on our ERP migration
• Team: Directly lead and develop our billing and accounting staff

Milestones

• First 90 days: Full handover from fractional CFO; documented close calendar, 13-week cash forecast, payables segregation of duties
• First 12 months: Predictable monthly close; fully loaded market-level P&Ls; increased autopay adoption; audit-ready reporting to support expansion

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, 3+ in a leadership role
• Proven ownership of full monthly close in a multi-location or multi-profit-center environment
• Advanced QuickBooks and Excel; working proficiency with AI tools (our team runs on Claude Team)
• Direct experience with cash forecasting, AR/collections, and route-based or recurring revenue models
• Comfortable building processes from scratch and working with raw data before delegating

Nice to Have

CPA/CMA; experience in field services or trades (pest control, HVAC, landscaping, janitorial); ERP migration leadership; prior finance role in a $15M–$50M EOS-run business
