The Director will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive trends into actionable growth strategies. · Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy in partnership with executive leadership, aligned with short- and long-term growth objectives.

· Establish revenue growth strategies and sales priorities that support sustainable, profitable business expansion.

· Identify and prioritize high-value markets, strategic accounts, geographic opportunities, and emerging sectors to expand market share and diversify revenue.

· Monitor market conditions, competitive positioning, customer demand, and industry trends to inform commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities.

· Provide executive leadership to inside and outside sales and business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability and results.

· Build, structure, and develop a scalable sales organization through strategic hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

· Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers, school districts, government entities, general contractors, architects, developers, and strategic partners.

· Lead the pursuit and development of complex, high-value opportunities and strategic accounts to drive customer acquisition, retention, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.

· Position the company as a strategic partner by communicating the value of modular construction and developing differentiated approaches to customer needs and market opportunities.

· Identify and develop new business channels, strategic partnerships, and market opportunities that strengthen the company’s long-term competitive position.

· Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial priorities, customer commitments, pricing, and sales strategies with financial and operational capabilities.

· Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen market positioning, lead generation, brand visibility, industry engagement, and strategic customer outreach.

· Provide leadership on major pursuits, proposals, negotiations, and customer presentations, ensuring opportunities are commercially sound and aligned with company objectives.

· Establish disciplined sales operations, including CRM utilization, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity development, and performance reporting.

· Leverage sales analytics, market intelligence, and performance trends to improve decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously strengthen sales processes and organizational capabilities.
