Director of Warehouse Operations

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing, and nationally-recognized Third Party Logistics provider (3PL). They are seeking a Director of Operations to join their existing team. This is an on- site role in their facility located in the Torrance area. Here is a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom.

Director of Warehouse Operations (Torrance – on site):

• Must have strong experience managing a large warehouse/distribution center
• Must have experience in a high-volume warehouse, preferably with cross-docking and/or transloading and processing at least 300 containers a week in and out.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP, FDA, OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA regulations
• Must have experience managing a P&L and budget
• Must have experience with WMS/TMS systems, warehouse engineering and labor management
• Experience working with amazon is highly desirable
• Salary likely $160k - $175K + 25% discretionary bonus + benefits
