Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit an experienced E-Discovery Analyst to provide case teams with e-discovery technology, data analytics and generative AI support during the e-discovery lifecycle.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide case teams with e-discovery technology, data analytics and generative AI support during the e-discovery lifecycle
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the RelativityOne aiR suite for document review, privilege analysis, production, and case strategy
  • Advise teams on use case selection, scoping, and expected outcomes
  • Collaborate with case teams on the most effective application of technology in the e-discovery and document review process to support case strategy and goals, including assessing the appropriate use of generative AI
  • Draft, test, and refine RelativityOne aiR criteria and prompts and iterate based on validation results
  • Assist with protocol and workflow development and implementation for management and quality control of AI-assisted document review, privilege review, redaction, and production
  • Design and implement defensibility measures for generative AI workflows
  • Assist with pre-production workflows, including AI-assisted privilege identification and privilege log generation, PI/PHI and CBI detection, and redaction quality control prior to production
  • Provide direct user management support and counsel for e-discovery applications including RelativityOne and Opus 2
  • Educate attorneys and colleagues on usage of e-discovery technology related to document review, including practical instruction on generative AI tools, prompt drafting, and interpretation of AI output
  • Stay up to date on generative AI developments in e-discovery, including case law, judicial standing orders, court disclosure expectations, and evolving industry practice, and translate those developments into practical application


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of E-Discovery technology and data analytics experience
  • Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools and advising attorneys on the use of Relativity and other e-discovery technology
  • Proven experience applying generative AI to document review or privilege workflows on live matters, ideally with RelativityOne aiR
  • Fundamental understanding of the e-discovery process and industry leading e-discovery technologies
  • Fundamental knowledge of advanced technology tools used as part of document analysis and reviews such as technology-assisted review, predictive coding, data analytics, and large language model–based review
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented with a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
