Electrical Project Engineer / Project Manager


Location: San Fransisco Bay, California


We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Engineers and Project Managers to join a growing heavy civil contractor delivering major industrial, infrastructure, water and wastewater projects throughout Northern California.


This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, complex construction projects with strong long-term backlog and significant opportunities for career progression.


What We're Looking For


We are looking for construction professionals with a strong industrial electrical background who are comfortable working in the field and managing complex construction environments.


Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of total construction experience
  • 8+ years preferred for senior-level candidates
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical construction experience
  • Experience working on large infrastructure or industrial projects
  • Strong field construction experience
  • Ability to coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors and project activities
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, project controls and utility owner requirements


Preferred Project Experience

Experience within one or more of the following is highly desirable:


  • Wastewater plants
  • Water treatment facilities
  • Industrial processing facilities
  • Port electrification projects


What We're Not Looking For


This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is exclusively:

  • Commercial electrical construction
  • Residential electrical construction
  • Building/vertical construction
  • Design or consultant-side engineering


The successful candidate will have a construction-first mindset and understand how electrical work is delivered in a complex industrial or infrastructure environment.
