Our client, a respected leader in civil and electrical construction, seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to drive successful delivery of transportation and traffic signal initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams on high‑visibility public‑work projects while advancing your expertise in intelligent transportation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand project scope and objectives.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Track project budget and costs to ensure financial compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide consistent project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to customer communications within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with foremen and project engineers to prepare monthly billings.
• Identify out‑of‑scope work and generate change orders.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Caltrans, California state public works, traffic control, and low‑voltage electrical projects.
• Experience working as both a general contractor and subcontractor.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems, roadway lighting, traffic signals & EV charging stations
