You’ll work at the front line of clinical trials, evaluating patients and helping determine whether innovative treatments are the right fit for them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct structured assessments (SCID, MINI, HAM-D, C-SSRS)
• Diagnose and evaluate eligibility for psych & neuro trials
• Speak with patients daily and guide them through enrollment decisions
• Address concerns and help patients feel confident participating
• Coordinate next steps for qualified participants

Who This Tends to Be a Great Fit For

• Clinicians who enjoy diagnostic work more than ongoing therapy
• Experience in inpatient, crisis, or high-volume settings
• Comfortable having direct, high-frequency patient conversations
• Strong communicators who can build trust quickly

Requirements

• Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
