Job Description: We are seeking an experienced freelance photographer to capture a professional social mixer at our corporate office space at 11 Penn Plaza. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for corporate branding and the ability to seamlessly navigate a networking environment without disrupting guests. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership with a go-to photographer whom we can reliably hire for our ongoing schedule of corporate events, panels, and social gatherings in NYC.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coverage: Capture high-quality candid shots of attendees networking, speaking, and interacting during the social mixer. Space & Ambience: Photograph the corporate venue, setup, branding elements, and overall atmosphere before and during the event.

Professional Conduct: Blend into a professional corporate environment, dressing in appropriate business casual attire.

Requirements & Qualifications: Proven professional experience shooting corporate events, mixers, or conferences. High-end, professional photography for indoor corporate settings not provided by client (Professional must provide own equipment).

Ability to provide a fast turnaround time for final digital delivery.
