Client Overview

Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced apparel organization in the heart of Manhattan. They are known for their professional and collaborative environment and are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$38/hr - $45/hr

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations for the Executive team. The Executive Assistant will support multiple executives by managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating travel, and supporting key administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate and support events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Executive team.

Required Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, finance, nonprofit, or professional services industries.
  • Familiarity with expense management systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
