What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and competing priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and preparation.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and support across the team.
- Step in to provide backup coverage during PTO, busy periods, and other times when additional support is needed.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative needs as they arise.
- Build strong working relationships with executives, colleagues, and external contacts.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other standard business tools.
- Experience in financial services, private equity, investment banking, or a professional services environment is a plus.
