CLIENT
Our client, a global alternative investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader and a growing Investor Relations/Fundraising team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a build-out environment, as the role combines high-level executive support with office operations responsibilities. The position offers significant visibility across the business and the chance to help shape the firm's growing U.S. presence.
ROLE
- Provide high-level administrative support to a Managing Director and the Investor Relations/Fundraising team
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Schedule internal and external meetings, investor meetings, and conference calls
- Support investor events, roadshows, offsites, and team initiatives
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items
- Process expenses and reimbursements
- Serve as a liaison between senior executives, internal teams, investors, and external partners
- Support day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, supplies, and logistics
- Assist with establishing and improving office processes and workflows
- Support an upcoming office relocation and transition to a permanent New York office
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall office experience
CANDIDATE
- 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Financial services experience preferred, including private equity, investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking
- Experience supporting Investor Relations, fundraising, or client-facing teams is a plus, but not required
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach
- Comfortable operating in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Demonstrated career stability and progression
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
- Discretionary annual bonus

- Hybrid schedule initially, transitioning to full-time in-office as the New York office is established
