Roth&Co is a fast-growing mid-sized CPA firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support the Head of Tax Practice. This full-time role combines executive-level administrative support, departmental coordination, and accounts receivable management in a fast-paced professional environment.


What You’ll Do:


• Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the Tax Department Lead, anticipating needs and managing workflow

• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel, professional (and personal) scheduling

• Manage client communications, calls, and Zoom/Teams meetings, including scheduling and setup

• Review incoming emails, prioritize action items, and ensure timely follow-up

• Support department operations, including tracking metrics, workload, and key deadlines

• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up tracking

• Manage accounts receivable for partner clients, including reviewing aging reports and following up on outstanding invoices

• Facilitate timely collections and maintain accurate financial documentation

• Support proposals, engagement letters, client onboarding, and special projects

• Maintain internal tracking systems and support ongoing departmental organization


What We’re Looking For:


• 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial systems or CRM tools a plus

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality

• Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership

• Adaptability and comfort managing shifting priorities

• Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
