Executive Director, Consulting Delivery

As Krasan continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced consulting delivery leader to strengthen operational execution across our consulting organization.

Position Overview

Krasan is seeking a hands-on consulting delivery leader to serve as Executive Director, Consulting Delivery. This role is responsible for the operational leadership and successful execution of consulting engagements across the organization. The Executive Director will focus on project delivery performance, client satisfaction, and operational discipline while helping Krasan scale its consulting services during a period of continued growth. This role works closely with Technology Leaders, Project Delivery, Resource Management, Client Engagement leadership, and Business Services to ensure consulting teams are aligned and client commitments are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting Delivery Leadership

• Oversee active consulting engagements

• Monitor project health and delivery risk

• Support teams in resolving delivery challenges

• Ensure projects meet commitments for timeline, scope, quality, and client expectations

Project & Program Oversight

• Review delivery status across active projects

• Identify and address delivery risks

• Support recovery of projects facing delivery challenges

• Mentor program and project managers

• Ensure consistent delivery practices

Delivery Discipline & Operational Excellence

• Implement delivery review practices

• Improve visibility into project health and delivery performance

• Reinforce delivery accountability across consulting teams

Cross‑Functional Delivery Coordination

• Partner with Technology Leaders

• Coordinate with the Project Delivery

• Work with Resource Management to align staffing and capacity planning

Client Delivery Support

• Partner with Client Engagement leadership

• Support delivery discussions with clients when needed

• Help resolve delivery challenges impacting client relationships

Organizational Growth & Scaling

• Improve delivery visibility across engagements

• Strengthen coordination between delivery teams, staffing, and recruiting

• Build repeatable delivery practices

Required Experience

• 10+ years of consulting delivery or professional services leadership

• Experience managing multiple concurrent consulting engagements

• Experience leading consulting teams of 50+ professionals

• Strong understanding of consulting delivery operations

• Experience resolving delivery challenges in client-facing environments

• Demonstrated ability to improve project execution and delivery performance

Preferred Experience

• Experience in IT consulting or digital transformation services

• Experience working with enterprise or public sector clients

• Experience implementing delivery management frameworks or consulting methodologies

• Experience leading consulting teams during periods of rapid growth
