Facilities Maintenance Technician IV

Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician IV to support critical facility infrastructure within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining essential building systems that support manufacturing operations and product quality.

What is the Job:

• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, air compressors, DI water systems, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and restore operations with minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support capital improvement projects and coordinate with contractors.
• Lead and mentor other maintenance team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support asset commissioning and disposal.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for facility emergencies.

What is Needed:

• 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience (or Associate degree with 5+ years of experience).
• Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, plumbing, and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS programs and computerized maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
