Financial Planning Analyst

Robert Half is representing a food manufacturing client in downtown Chicago on an open contract-to-hire FP&A Analyst opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Pricing strategy and commercial pricing decisions
• Sales forecasting
• Marketing investment analysis, including ROAS and ROI
• Trade management
• Commercial decision support and financial analysis that drives profitable growth
• Building relationships and collaborate with complex stakeholders, navigating challenging situations with humility, professionalism, and influence
• Complex analyses and translate insights into clear, actionable business strategies.

The ideal candidate has:

• QuickBooks Online experience
• Strong analytical skills
• The ability to model out different scenarios
• An understanding of sales forecasts/commercialization
• Previous experience working in a sales setting on forecasting, pricing, and pricing strategy
• Trade management/commercial finance experience
• Strong communication skills
• Discipline in managing complex financial and operational information
• A startup mentality and comfortability with a startup environment
• Food/beverage manufacturing and supply chain industry experience
