Founders associate

We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to join a fast-growing AI infrastructure company transforming the $3T+ electronic components supply chain.

Working directly with the CEO, you’ll operate across sales, strategy and operations—but this is primarily a commercial, customer-facing role. You’ll own conversations, progress deals and help unlock new markets across the US and Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own customer relationships from initial outreach through to close
• Build and execute outbound strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise distributors
• Help define customer segments, positioning and repeatable go-to-market playbooks
• Support sales operations and build scalable internal processes
• Work across product, partnerships, operations and strategy as priorities evolve
• Develop deep expertise in component pricing, inventory management and supply-chain workflows

What we’re looking for:

• 1–4 years’ experience, ideally within a high-growth Series B startup
• Alternatively, a background in consulting, investment banking, business development or B2B sales with clear early-stage exposure
• Strong commercial instincts and confidence speaking with senior customers
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into structured, scalable solutions
• Evidence of building or operationalising internal systems and processes
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
• Comfortable working five days per week in the office

Particularly relevant experience includes enterprise sales cycles, complex B2B deal structures and scaling commercial operations. A STEM degree or fluency in German, French or a Nordic language would be advantageous but is not essential.
