Title of role: Associate Account Director – Energy & Utilities
Location: Berlin, CT
Reporting to: Senior Account Director, Energy & Utilities
LTM is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Director/Manager to support the management and growth of a strategic utility client account based in Berlin, Connecticut. This role will serve as a key member of the account leadership team, driving operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, opportunity tracking, SOW and Change Order governance. The successful candidate will act as the operational anchor for the account, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and customer stakeholders. This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership, customer engagement, and large-scale account growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Opportunity Management
- Maintain and track the account opportunity pipeline from qualification through closure.
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, and solution teams to progress growth opportunities.
- Support proposal development, business cases, and pursuit activities.
- Track key pursuits, customer priorities, and growth initiatives.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and help drive account expansion initiatives.
SOW & Change Order Governance
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders (COs), amendments, and renewals.
- Maintain centralized trackers for active, pending, and upcoming SOWs.
- Monitor contract milestones, expiration dates, renewal requirements, and associated revenue risks.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Maintain stakeholder maps and relationship plans across customer organizations.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership connects, and governance forums.
- Track customer interactions, commitments, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Support customer engagement strategies and account relationship-building initiatives.
Account Governance & Operations
- Prepare account governance presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive steering meetings.
- Track account action items and ensure timely closure.
- Support account financial reporting and operational reviews.
- Maintain account repositories, documentation, and governance artifacts.
Executive Support
- Prepare briefing packs and meeting materials for customer engagements.
- Coordinate leadership calendars and account-related events.
- Track commitments, action items, and strategic initiatives across the account leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, Customer Success, PMO, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Education
Relevant degree required.
Pay Range:
Base Salary: $120,000+ per annum; Full-time;
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
