Full Charge Bookkeeper

A global manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a full charge bookkeeper to join their team. This role will serve as the lead accounting person within the organization. You will manage thousands of inventory transactions, vendor purchases, customer payments, freight costs, and day-to-day financial activity that require organized, accurate accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger maintenance
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Inventory-related accounting
• Vendor invoice processing
• Expense tracking
• Month-end closing support
• Internal financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Excellent numerical reasoning skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, structured worksheets, basic analysis
• Must have an understanding of inventory accounting
