General Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive Operations experience within fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Proven P&L leadership experience with accountability for operational and financial performance

Preferred Requirements:

• Background supporting laboratory, testing, engineered products, or complex manufacturing operations
• Experience leading capital planning, operational scaling, and strategic growth initiatives

We are seeking a General Manager to lead a business unit with full operational and financial accountability. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic growth across all major functional areas, including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and Environmental Health & Safety. The General Manager will establish business objectives, allocate resources, lead organizational development initiatives, and ensure the business achieves or exceeds all operational and financial performance targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business unit with full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and strategic execution.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer service, and financial metrics.
• Partner with functional leaders to strengthen operations, develop talent, and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead strategic planning, capital investment, and continuous improvement initiatives to support long-term growth objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
